What information is being collected on our website?
Any visitor to the Trailequip Ltd website remains anonymous unless they submit a catalogue request form, contact us form, or log in and/or register for on-line purchasing, at which point they identify themselves as a customer and provide us with the information we need to service their order requirements effectively. The only information collected on the website is that which is voluntarily provided through any of the methods listed prior. We may use this information to contact you about your request or notify you of updates about Trailequip Ltd. You can elect not to receive promotional emails from us by un-ticking the box provided at the registration process.

 

How does Trailequip Ltd protect customers’ information on its website?
Access to personal information may only be obtained by the customer to whom it belongs by logging in to their account through a password and username protected gateway. When an order is placed with us via our website, the details of the order are transmitted to us by secure mail. Any payment or transaction information that is entered during the online transaction process takes place on a secure 3rd party certified solution provider’s (CSP) server – Payment Express. Payment Express are fully AIS PCI DSS compliant. All this information is encrypted before it is transmitted using SSL technology. As an added measure of security we do not retain your credit card details once the payment has been processed.


What is Trailequip Ltd’s policy on the privacy of my personal information and 3rd parties?
Trailequip will not sell, swap, trade, rent, or give any individually identifying information to any third parties without your specific written consent. Any personal information passed to Payment Express through the payment process is not stored nor retained by Payment Express once the transaction is completed.
